SHOPIFY RESCUE DESK

What we check

Where does the shopping experience actually break?

“The cart is broken” is a useful starting point, but the real cause may only appear for one product, one option, one device, one market, or one app. We recreate the customer’s steps and compare what happens before deciding what to change.

Five questions that narrow it down

  1. What is the shopper trying to do? View a product, select an option, add to cart, use a discount, or finish checkout?
  2. Who is affected? Everyone, mobile shoppers, one market, returning customers, or a smaller group?
  3. What changed recently? A theme update, app installation, new setting, code edit, product change, or tracking update?
  4. How serious is it? Are sales blocked, is the store slow, is a report wrong, or is the issue mostly inconvenient?
  5. What can be checked safely? A theme preview, test product, private browser session, or carefully controlled live path?

Sometimes another provider needs to help

Shopify controls parts of checkout and account behavior, and third-party app companies control their own software. If the problem sits inside one of those systems, we will say so instead of pretending every issue can be fixed with theme code.
